With 11 years of experience, Jake was hired as an assistant project manager and has a background in commercial HVAC. Jake earned his Professional Engineering title in 2016 and is now a senior project manager for Republic Refrigeration.

is a Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. Nathan was hired as an Assistant Project Manager and has 11 years of experience. Nathan has acquired is Professional Engineer designation and is now a senior project manager for Republic Refrigeration.

is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Justin was hired as an Assistant Project Manager and has 11 years of experience. Justin acquired his P.E. in 2019 and is now a senior project manager.

has 29 years of experience in industrial refrigeration design/ build contracting with USDA and FDA inspected food processing facilities and cold storage facilities. Experience includes project management, project development, system design, parts replacement, and installations.

has held several positions since joining Republic Refrigeration over ten years ago. With 29 years of experience, Johnnie began as a draftsman and progressed to an associate project manager. His duties and responsibilities have included refrigeration system layouts, equipment purchasing, drawing submittals, and job site visits. Johnnie has assisted project managers with PSM requirements such as P&ID drawings and Process Hazard Analysis. In addition, Johnnie has served as a job site Safety Coordinator for several projects since completing a 40-hour OSHA Safety Course in 1998.

is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with degree in Agricultural Business and Management.

joined Republic in January of 2020. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. Chase has been on the Dean’s List and President’s List and is also a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship.
