The facility proudly features a 295,000 square foot poultry processing area, with an impressive capability to process 48,000 birds daily. It boasts the largest inline air-chilling tunnel for turkeys in the US, setting a benchmark in the industry. To ensure the best temperature conditions, both DX and Recirculated Ammonia Refrigeration Systems have been implemented. Cooling is further optimized through a mix of ceiling hung evaporators, prefabricated Republic minipenthouse evaporators, and rooftop hygienic air handling units. Every piece of equipment in the facility follows a hygienic design, which has been given the highest priority. Additionally, there’s a strong emphasis on maintaining optimal humidity control throughout the premises.
