The distribution facility boasts a spacious 318,000 square foot warehouse, which includes a 135,000 square foot ASRS High Bay Freezer Warehouse. Accompanying this is a 105,000 square foot OPM/CPS Freezer, a 70,000 square foot Cold Dock, and an 8,000 square foot Stretch Wrapper Freezer. Thoughtfully designed for future growth, the refrigeration system is prepped to accommodate an additional 73,000 square feet of expansion. Ensuring consistent cooling across the facility are 30 Republic prefabricated minipenthouse evaporators.
