The recent enhancement includes a 351,400 square foot warehouse expansion, composed of a 281,550 square foot cooler. Additionally, there’s a 69,940 square foot dock, equipped with 46 positions for efficient loading and unloading. For optimal temperature control, the facility uses a DX Ammonia Refrigeration System. Complementing this, there are field-erected penthouse units housing a total of 20 evaporators to ensure consistent cooling.
